Public Notice of the Completion Date for Environmental Protection Facilities of the Phase I New Construction Project of Danyang Shuguang Nickel Materials Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 1,500 tons of nickel alloy materials.

Our organization’s new project to produce 1,500 tons per year of nickel alloy materials is located 250 meters east of Airport Road, at the Yunhe Shengbai Gas Station in Lücheng Town, Danyang City. On February 28, 2023, the project received approval for its environmental impact assessment (Document No. Zhen Dan Huan Shen [2023] No. 64). Due to adjustments in the construction plan, this phase will initially bring online a production capacity of 1,000 tons of nickel alloy materials, along with the corresponding environmental protection facilities.
In accordance with Article 18 of the Regulations on Environmental Protection Management for Construction Projects, which stipulates that “for construction projects undertaken in phases and put into production or use in phases, the corresponding environmental protection facilities shall be subject to phased acceptance,” the environmental protection facilities constructed as part of this phase were completed on October 20, 2026.
The completion dates of the environmental protection facilities for this installment are hereby made public, subject to public oversight.
